Location: the hotel was near to bus stop for airport and daiichi office for bus to Cat Ba as well as all attractions around sword lake and bus stop for airport and daiichi office for bus to Cat Ba. I had quick lunch at Pho bo Mau Dich, located a couple of blocks away from the venue...

The hotel is in a central location close to the airport and all attractions around Sword Lake. the bus stop for the airport and Daiichi office for buses to Cat Ba and daily buses to the North are easily accessible. It's also located in the old town.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. the hotel had a perfect location very close to all the main attractions. the double room I had was lovely with 1 double bed, nice showers, and AC. the property was near the Hanoi Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake and night street.

Lovely staff who are super friendly and really take care of you, they are polite too! Great spot close to all the cool stuff, just a quick 10-minute stroll to a well-known prison. 🌟

The airport shuttle service was a blast, felt like a VIP! Loved the terrace, felt like I was sipping my fancy cocktail on a rooftop bar. And the restaurant, oh la la, it was a delightful surprise to have a delicious meal right at the hotel!

The hotel unfortunately didn't have a personal butler to fan me with palm leaves and feed me grapes. So disappointing.

Air conditioning in the room made me feel like I was chilling in an igloo during the scorching Hanoi summer!

Shower holders were missing.

Comfortable rooms with AC, great showers, and private bathrooms that were really clean. the hotel is in a prime spot, just a stone's throw away from the Temple of the Jade Mountain. 🏞️

We had a great stay at Sisters Boutique in the heart of the Old Quarter. the location was perfect, as all the attractions were within a short walking distance from the hotel. the staff, especially Linh, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Linh arranged all our tours and gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and cafes in the area. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offered a diverse menu with delicious options.

Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Great location near Hanoi center, night market, and Lake. Loads of travel agents and money exchange nearby. Big double room with a fan provided for ineffective aircon. Yummy breakfast with vegetarian options. Indian restaurant just a 1-min walk away.

The hotel's location is very convenient as it is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. the staff is extremely hospitable, accommodating, and helpful, which made our stay very enjoyable. the rooms are large and clean with nice showers, great air conditioning and comfortable beds. the breakfast menu is diverse and delicious, and the laundry service is exceptional.

The hotel could be a little noisy during the night, but it's not a huge problem.

Spent Christmas at this hotel with my partner. Loved the same day laundry service and tour information offered in-house, which were lifesavers when we were on a tight schedule. the central location was perfect for exploring the city and trying out local restaurants. We also appreciated the diversity of the breakfast menu.
